MBUX augmented navigation head-up display
The head-up display transforms your windscreen into a digital cockpit. With the virtual, full-colour image, you always have a direct view of key information. Your full attention remains on the road and the traffic in front of you. A highlight comes in the form of navigation instructions supported by augmented navigation.
Digital Extra: MBUX Augmented Reality Navigation
With MBUX Augmented Reality Navigation, you can find your way around even in complex traffic situations. On the central display, the technology merges graphic navigation instructions and traffic information into live images. This way you can reach your destination quickly, safely and without stress.
Digital Extra: DIGITAL LIGHT with projection function
With this equipment, projection functions expand the DIGITAL LIGHT HD light system. This optimally adapts the lighting to the respective traffic situation for you. The projection functions can help you and provide warnings in certain driving situations, as well as greet you and bid you farewell with a stylish light show.
Selfie and video camera
The selfie and video camera can record the driver and front passenger and support you in everyday life with your Mercedes-Benz. It enables uncomplicated access to your user profile via facial recognition. You can take part in video conferences with your own picture and capture unforgettable moments on road trips with selfies or video clips.
Burmester® 3D surround sound system
With 15 speakers and 670 watts of system output, you can enjoy the legendary 3D Burmester® sound experience. Versatile sound profiles characterise the impressive sound. If necessary, the system automatically focusses this on occupied rows of seats or the driver’s seat. For particularly rich surround sound, you can play music in Dolby Atmos® quality.
Wireless charging system for mobile devices in the front
With just a simple hand movement your smartphone is fixed in place in the oddments tray where it is charged wirelessly. Irrespective of the model and brand, compatible smartphones are charged wirelessly.
Interior monitoring system
Protect your property: The interior monitoring system monitors your vehicle. If the enhanced anti-theft protection system is activated, any movement in the vehicle interior will trigger a visual and audible alarm. The protection is activated when you lock your vehicle.
Digital Extra: GUARD 360° Vehicle Protection Plus
The GUARD 360° Vehicle Protection Plus offers all-round monitoring of the vehicle’s environment. Thanks to the anti-theft alarm system, as well as image recording of the vehicle surroundings, you can react quickly. You also receive an immediate theft or collision notification via the app.
Vehicle socket flap, electric
Using your MBUX, you can open the socket flap electrically from the comfort of the cockpit. After charging, remove the charging cable connector and the flap closes automatically. This is especially practical as it ensures you won’t accidentally drive with the flap still open. A light press on the flap is all it takes to open or close it manually.
